The Traditional Nutrition Program at Dyneamic Nutrition is based on developing a healthy lifestyle through eating well and regular exercise so you can achieve long-term results. Our program is customized and all about you. By collecting a detailed questionnaire that includes your health history, habits, preferences and goals and then understanding and analyzing this personal information, we formulate a plan to ease you into better health by identifying the small changes that can lead to big and desired outcomes. Here’s how it works:
One initial meeting and two follow up appointments. Maintenance meetings, which are key to ongoing success, can continue after that on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.
Prior to your first appointment you will fill out a questionnaire that will be used in your first session to discuss nutrition and fitness goals and to get a complete picture of your current nutritional health and situation.

First Session:
